W.H. Wilson, Leon's father founded Wilson Plastering, Inc. in 1959. In 1969 while still in high school, Leon began his career in drywall and plastering working for his father's company. In 1975 while attending college at night, Leon became an Estimator and Project Manager. In 1989 Leon and his two brothers formed Wilson Construction Systems, Inc. which was geared toward local-private and military commercial construction. With a desire to further develop business, WCS Contractors, Ltd. was formed in 2003.

Bob began working as a commercial drywall tradesman in 1978, and by 1984 he was estimating & managing projects. Of his thirty year career, he managed commercial projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for sixteen years, and spent five years in central Florida. Bob joined WCS as a full partner in March of 2003.

Richard began his commercial drywall career in 1978. He has demonstrated extraordinary talent with regard to leadership as well as the construction industry in general. He is very knowledgeable in the business from field operations, estimating, sales and management to ownership. Richard continually displays exceptional skills directing all field operations.

Nathan has worked for the Wilson family since 1979 when he hired on as a plastering apprentice with Wilson Plastering, Inc. He went to work for Wilson Construction Systems, Inc. upon its establishment in 1989. Today, Nathan's extensive knowledge in commercial plastering combined with excellent people skills makes him an exceptional leader for WCS Contractors.

Ivan graduated from Texas Tech University in 2005 with a B.S. in architecture. While at Texas Tech, Ivan was placed on the Dean's list and was also awarded the Foundation of the Wall & Ceiling Industry's scholarship in 2003. His story appeared in the July 2003 issue of AWCI magazine. Ivan intends to earn his masters degree while working as a Project Manager for WCS.

Essex has four years estimating & project management experience in commercial EIFS, lath & plaster, drywall and acoustics. He is currently furthering his Plastering project management training. Essex is very important concerning the expansion and success of our company.

Bob graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration specializing in Finance. He is currently working as an assistant Estimator/Project Manager .

|
Jack enlisted in the Army in 1972 and served a three-year term. After his discharge, he attended the University of Texas and graduated in 1980. He immediately went to work for a commercial drywall contractor in Austin, TX where he remained until 2002. Jack returned to his hometown of Waco where he joined WCS and is now our Senior Estimator.

Julian is responsible for daily coordination and supervision of multiple projects with emphasis on general contractor communication, evaluation of field leadership, production and quality control.

Cary is responsible for daily coordination and supervision of multiple projects with emphasis on general contractor communication, evaluation of field leadership, production and quality control.

Joe is responsible for daily coordination and supervision of multiple projects with emphasis on general contractor communication, evaluation of field leadership, production and quality control.

Angela graduated from Baylor University in 1992 with a B.S.Ed. degree in mathematics and business administration. She taught high school mathematics until 2000 when she joined WCS as Comptroller & Office Manager. Angela’s integrity and commitment precede her radiant personality making her a tremendous asset to our company.

Stephanie graduated from Waco High School in 2003. She is currently working full-time for WCS as well as attending night classes at McLennan Community College to earn her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. Stephanie consistently excels at whatever task she is assigned while maintaining an excellent attitude making her a definite asset to our company.
